Well a month has now passed and TEAM JOHNSTON is transitioning well into the RE/MAX PRIME PROPERTIES family!   We appreciate the patience our clients have shown while we switched some of our systems over and trained on newer and better technology platforms – all the while managing an extremely busy fall season!    We promise that it will all be worth it.

The market is still strong despite the fact we are getting close to the end of the fall season and there are still some great properties on the market, including two of our own –  one gorgeous 4-bedroom home with unground pool in Port Perry and a stunning 2-bedroom suite in our own Upper Village Condominium.   If you or anyone you knows has any interest,  just reach out to us.

I always know when Christmas is getting close when CHFI starts their all-Christmas song schedule and the Toronto Santa Claus parade takes place and both of those happened today at noon so now it is time to start writing those cards,  picking out gifts and getting all of the Christmas decorations out of storage – eek!   I guess I’d better get started.
